Mirror Mirror on the wall who is the evilest villian of them all

I say Maleficent she is 100% pure evil, even when being nice she is condescending. She is selfish and cruel, and scary beyond all reason. The Queen in Snow White was just an overly greedy jealous woman, though what she did was evil, but her motivations were out of a jealous heart not a cold black heart. Lady Tremaine would be second because she was just plain cruel, and the most realistic of the villains. Cruella De Vil was just overly insane.

I would go with Rasputin at this one.But he was quite insane as a real person,and disney was gentle with his image when they used him in Anastasia.Hmm..I forgot about Scar.Does animals count? :))

Frollo, from Hunchback of Notre-Dame. That man is.....just evil. There are no other words. His character in the book isn't pure evil, but the book is in no way a children's story.
