Do you include salad in you daily menu?  | |  I try to do so altough my kids don`t fancy it.During summer when it is hot tuna salad is the best.But i also tried the chicken salad,or seafood salad.There are many combinations how to do a salad,You have to be only imaginative.

one day i would have lettuce, cucumber,tomato, onion and avacado
and other days instead of the avacado i would have chicken, or tuna all mixed with light mayo or salad cream. it was delicious.
