Which foreign language do you want to study aside from English?

When I was in elementary school and high school, for 5 or 6 years, I took French. I think it is a beautiful language and I like to listen to the French people speak. Today, since I do not use it or practice the language, I know very little of what I learned then. I never did learn to speak fluently, and wish that I had. I had an email friend come here for work and we met and I was lucky that he knew English, but it would have been easier if I had known the French that I had learned. He did tell me that the French that I did speak was done with a nice accent and was easy for him to understand.........he was not so easy to understand when he spoke English!

I like to learn Japanese since i listen and watch to Japanese music and videos.I would also like to learn korean and Chinese language. well,we do have Chinese and Koreans here in my home country.so why not learn them.

I want to learn and master French and Spanish languages. Although I do have a spanish subject during my College years but having it for a semester is not enough. It helps a lot especially talking to foreign people who have second languages other than the primary, English. I have plans going abroad and it will help a lot. I know I'm not that fluent in English language speaking but I want to be fluent soon then French and Spanish follows. I hope I could have spare time to enroll myself to French or Spanish class and manage my schedule.

Same as you, i like to learn korean language for i am a fan of korean novelas, i like to learn japanesse and chinesse language too. The reeson why do i want to learn those languages because those are the foriengers that always come and visit here in our country and some are already have their permanent resendency.

Hi maigzen, it is nice for you to learn another foreign language, Korean language which is very helpful in your daily life. Yeah, to learn a foreign language which we are not familiar with, surely would be a great challenging. So keep it up and hope that you could manage to use it fluently no matter in speaking or writing in time to come.

I think other than English, Chinese, French and ... Spanish is another popular worldwide language to be using most of the people nowadays, so it is quite interesting if I were to have the chance to learn Spanish.

I studied French when i was younger, and boy! Was it hard! OUr teacher, a Belgian guy who grew in France and also teaches english and german in our school, made us memorize the French national anthem! I dreamt in French that week.*sings* allon enfants de la patrie le jour de gloire est arive!
Hehehehehehe. I also studied Mandarine. Well, i was forced to study mandarine for my foreign language course. I wanted to study german, but it could not fit in with my schedule. Well, i learned a little. Ni hao ma? Hehehehehe.

I love to learn German and latin..;-0 I don't know I just love the way they speak..;-0 I want to learn russian or as possible I want to learn all the language so that I can easily communicate with all the people around the world and that will be another good thing to earn more friends..:-0

I would like to enhance my knowledge in Spanish.I know an average amount which can help me converse to a certain level.(average only).But i want ot enhance it.I would also like to learn french and Italian language.I would really love to visit European countries and stay there for while so i will be needing to learn atleast the basic conversation skills in their country for me to completely enjoy the trip.I dont want to spoil it due to communication barriers.

Hi! hmm, I would love to master Japanese and interested to learn other languages like Chinese and French. But for now, I am kinda focus and more serious in learning Japanese, I want to master the language and learned more about it. I joined a Japanese class in my college days. So far now, I can write and read their alphabets - katakana and hiragana - and know and can speak very basic conversational sentences. I'm started to have an interest in it when I started to watch anime and reading manga. As well as, I really think, learning that language help me a great deal when I got an opportunity to visit Japan.

Aside from english which is really easy in our case here in our country, I would like to learn how to speak as well as understand Japanese. It would be a convenience for me if I was able to read, write, speak and understand that foreign language due to my interest pretty much goes along with it which happens to be manga and anime. (^_^ )
