Which foreign language do you want to study aside from English?

i was supposed to learn spanish because i had that as a class at my college. however, as time goes by, my brain cells started to forget the spanish language little by little. although i can still get the meaning of some words and write or construct simple spanish sentence, it still isn't the same. i want to learn spanish as in depth as possible.

aside from spanish, i want to learn japanese so much. i've learned some of the words by watching anime and jdoramas, but i find it very hard to write the characters. i think i wouldn't be able to learn the language at the earliest possible time though i've been giving ample time in reading articles about japanese self-learning sites.

I have no talent for language but if I did I'd love to learn Chinese. I think the
sound and look of it is wonderful.

i'd like to learn spanish, french, japanese, chinese and korean.. there are so many koreans here in our condo and whenever i hear them talking, i wanted to find out what they are talking about.. i know a little japanese since i had a japanese subject way back in college..

I would like to learn Italian.
I think it is so sexy. I love
Italian food as well, I guess thats
one reason why I'm infatuated with
the language.... LOL I love it!

i would have loved to study spanish and french,
i like the two languages.
Though, when i was in the high school,

i studied little of french.

I know how to speak Mandarin already but i am not that proficient. I would want to take up formal lessons to polish it. I also know how to read Chinese characters, but when I read newspapers, I hardly understand them. I have to study Mandarin asap for I know this will serve as an advantage and will give more perks.

i already know two languages so far, english and Filipino (Tagalog).. I want to learn French, German, and Spanish...

I love to learn French, I have tried with a friend but it didn't work..LOL! I wish someday I will be able but practicality use, I don't think I can enhance the learning if ever I will learn since I have no one to talk with in the house if ever! LOL!

i can speak italian as native language since im italian. i am fluent in english and spanish. i am now picking up french to move to canada and my real dream is to learn Russian one day, i hope...i wanted to at uni but my parents didnt let me cos they said it was too hard*snorts* thanks for believing in me parents...whatever...i know i would have made it sicne they always loved to make me think of myself as an idiot,...anyway...now i really must focus on my french...i love it but im still at the begining

I used to study Spanish in middle school and in high school and took a course or two in college.

I still remember the pledge of allegience to this day from when we learned how to say in from my middle school 8th grade year. My teacher was Spanish and taught us the basics then.

My wife has studied French in college and is still fluent in it. She tried teaching me, but I wasn't interested in it that much.

I still would like to become fluent in Spanish and live in a Spanish speaking country for at least 3 months. I think that would do my speaking skills a world of good.
