 Rise and shine, that's the best way to define this certain daily process or routine of our lives. We all wake up depending of what time. Though for all of us, we have different rituals, habits that we do as soon as we get up from that bed and start to do the first thing that we always do during this time. You, what is the first thing you do when you wake up? Me, I pray and ask for forgiveness and guidance from the Lord above, and most of all I thank Him for another beautiful and blessed day.

| 2. Jessamy (24) | 1 year ago |  The first I do when I get up, is I get my kids up and get myself a cup of coffee. I need that one cup to be able to function the rest of the day! Then I change 3 diapers and play with my kids till about 8 or so. Then I make breakfast and continue on with our day! Sometimes my day starts earlier and sometimes it starts later, but I always have to have the one cup of coffee, so it can wake me up even more!

she definately has her coffee first, no doubt...you dont want to see shell without her first of the day coffee;)

when i have work that is scheduled in the morning, the first thing i do is turn on my tv and switch it to disney channel. hahaha!!! i know i am a little old to watch cartoons but i love it. i love seeing lilo and stitch early morning.
when i am on my rest day, i go to my bathroom to wash my face and brush my teeth. go straight to my desk where my laptop is and turn it on. when it is ready, i browse at once to mylot, friendster, facebook and multiply accounts.

He's just retired, and is looking into flying up here, but until the plans are made, he's stuck down there. His phone was screwed up this morning, so unfortunately I didn't get to talk to him. AARRGGHH!!

| 10. christylynn (1895) | 1 year ago |  The first thing I do before I even get out of bed is say my prayers I thnak God for giving me another day and to help me make the best of it, then I usually go to the bathroom, then off to the kitchen for a cup of coffee and I sit down at the table and read my bible as a busy mom of 4 kids and running my own business this is the only quiet time I get I find if I get to spend sometime with God before my day starts it really helps.
