There are a lot of things that I wish were fixed where I live for starters the dishwasher and the washing and dryer machines need to be fixed and I could go on and on, dont get me wrong there are a lot of things about where I live that I'm very thankful for its pretty spacious and in my bedroom window it has a grate view but they rarely fix things here and if something brakes chances are it will take the maintenance crew a long time to fix anything if they ever do.
but anyway is there anything in your apt or house that you'd like fixed.

Our wall under the window air conditioner
in the computer room got wet and
started falling in.
So, now there's a gap in the wall
under the window.
It's secure, meaning the supporting
wall won't fall in, but I would
like to get it covered up
more permanantly.
We tried doing dry wall, but the
air conditioner keeps dumping water
onto the wall and ruining anything we
put up over it.
So, no suitable repairs as yet!

There is an annoying drip in my kitchen sink. It has been dripping for years.
There is a shelf in my closet that can use repair, and my oven has a mind of it's own as to when to get hot or not.
My stove micro wave is broken, when we told the landlord, he said his is broken too, and for us to call the manufacturer. We just went and got a counter top instead of going through all of that.

I know how you feel the knob on my stove is broken and they haven't fixed it also the upstairs tub leaks and they came to fix it after almost a year and they never finished the job and on top of that the hot water keeps going out because of a pluming problem.

Hi ya apples99
I am very lucky because if something gets broken in my house then I just call the maintenance team and they are pretty quick to get it sorted. They don't deal with washers or dryers though because those are personal things but they fixed my garden path for me and my front garden wall. They see to my smoke detectors too when I have a problem with them so I don't have anything that needs fixing in my house right now but I would love for someone to come and decorate for me, that would be nice!
