think you are way to busy to excerise-and reap it,s benifits think again.burning a 100 calories a day help you lose 10 pounds a year.cut risk of heart disease,diabetes,and high blood pressure. all doing it in 15 minutes.this is based on a 150 pound woman if you weight less it will take you longer.if you weigh more it will take you even longer.------1.walk one mile.2.cycle at 10mph.2.do a quick round of weight training 4.jump around 5.start a game of tennis 6.swim 20 laps.7.play your favorite cd and dance in place.8.toss frisbee.9plant some shrubs.10.mow the lawn(part of it)

it seems the older we get the harder it is to lose weight if you are up in age it just not easy to lose weight we have to work just that much harder our body have slow down like turtle but it can be done depends on how bad you want it.

just do what you can and let it be you gain 5 pounds that not bad at all you doing good i thought you was going to say 20 pounds.
