I have been vegetarian for a little over three years now. I also looked into veganism but had to pass. It is very difficult on a limited budget and living in a small community that doesn't even have soup cans without meat in it. HEHE
If you are a true vegan regular bread would be out, however, I am sure that there are breads that can be bought or made that don't contain milk or egg. I do have egg substitute here and you can use water instead of milk. Also with true veganism, it isn't just what you eat but what you wear and the items in your house. Soaps, shoes etc cannot have come from animal. Though I think that it is a nice thing to do, it just isn't practical for my family.
