Lucky days

I totally agree! I too was born on the 13th, and (oddly enough, given the angst of teenagehood), 13 was a great year for me. My mom bought her wedding dress on a Friday the 13th. I've always considered it a lucky number. I've also always liked the number 6. (Another traditionally "un"lucky number.) As for unlucky numbers, I don't really have any, but I've never been a big fan of the number 8. Don't ask me why. I have no clue. But even as a little girl, I remember my favorite number always being the age I was at the time, but 8 seeming like an age I simply would have liked to skip over. It's funny how we all internalize these things!

Actually I always find that i'm luckier on friday the 13th than any other day of the year. I wouldn't say I was particularly drawn to any number as being lucky though. Perhaps 21 as it's the date of my birth but even then I don't think it's an overly lucky number...it's just a number. I do know that in china or is it japan? One of these anyway believe that the number 8 is incredibly lucky.
