I drink both, either instant or brewed but most of the time it's instant. What the difference from the two when it comes to taste, is brewed stronger than instant? The thing I distinctively recognize fro a brewe coffee is that it has a very strong aroma and 'sweet scent' compared to instant coffee.
Let's drink to your opinions!

Coffee is one of life's great pleasures, to me. Instant coffee tastes rather like dirt. It lacks flavor and aroma. It's a lot like drinking water with colored sand in it. Starting with a good bean and a grinder, cold water and a good pot, there are colors and floavors and aromas galore, and nothing can match it!
I recently had a couple of "flavored" coffees -- poor imitations of coffee. Iced coffees are OK, if they started out well brewed. I just can't see the point in acceppting junk when the real thing is so thooroughly satisfying.

As much as I would love to be drinking freshly brewed coffee all the time, it's instant coffee all the way for me! lol. There is no question that freshly brewed coffee tastes much better and has a far more powerful aroma too but I don't even have a coffee machine let alone the patience to make it this way all the time even if I did!

Brewed all the time. We buy organic whole bean and grind them to a fine powder as needed. (A 2 cup pot for myself & a 2 cup pot for the hubby & then another 2 cup pot for us at night)
Yes the aroma is much stronger, especially with freshly ground beans. We switch the coffee around from African to Hawaiian, but we try to stick with organic, shade grown beans as often as possible.
