I think you need to go to the doctor as soon as possible. It's only a medical practitioner who can really tell if there is something wrong with you. I wish you luck and I hope you'll be okay.

It is a great possibly that it is your medicine if you are other kinds,they may not mixing together,thats what it sounds,i would also get a second opinion,are you by some chance taking any for high cholesterol if so thats can cause all of your ,also have them to do a cat scan.I wish you the best.Let me know how you are doing my friend.

They list uncoordination, severe mood swings, depression, infections and gastrointestinal difficulties/disorders, among others.

I really don't know what could be causing all that, you have some kind of anxiety I guess, I don't know what would cause the cramps, maybe its some side effects from whatever they gave you, it would seem you would start feeling better if your taking the antibiotics, it could be from the sinus infection too.
