|  Whether its in cassette, long playing, 45's, compact discs or mini discs...Can you recall the first ever record of music that you ever bought?
Mine was in a cassette format during the early 80's when I was still in 3rd grade. I had my mum buy me my first two tapes which are Culture Club and The Police Synchronicity album. From there on, I got hooked in collecting music up until now, I still buy cd's even if mp3's are rampant nowadays. Nothing beats owning a copy of your favorite cool artists and actually feeling the artwork on the palm of your hands...mmmmmm..very comforting.

| | I remember it was 2 musicassettes I asked my mom to buy for me at the time...one was Backstreet Boy's album with Everybody on it and the other was by an italian singer called Elisa who actually sings in English though.

| |  The first ever record I bought was Celine Dion's album, that was in 1990's the album which includes To love you more and because you love me. It was still in cassette tape those days. I am not actually a music fan, but I was so into Celine then ha ha. but now I don't buy any, the last one I bought was Les Miserables and that was 10 years ago.

| |  Wow, that is really hard to remember! The first record that I owned, which is the only one from my childhood that I still have, would probably be Elvis - Pure Gold on tape format. My favorite songs were,"All Shook up, In the Ghetto, Love Me Tender, Kentucky Rain, Fever, Jailhouse rock and Don't Be Cruel." I'd be surprised if my tape still played.
