Hello. I am here to apologize for the joke in one of your post. I humbly request for your forgiveness. I will never do it again in any of your post. It's my fault.

Most of the workers in the government as I observed personally is just like what you have seen. It makes us sad that the government is paying them just to sit and socialize until the time of their work expires. But that's what is happening around in many government offices.
