Thank you for such a great description of where you live. I have been to the Dallas area only once, and I have been to Houston once. I don't think I could live there because it's too hot but I would like to visit again.

One of my best friends is from Costa Rica and he said it only costs $150 to fly there, so we're going to take a long weekend sometime this year and go. He's going for Xmas but he goes pretty frequently.

That's great. I'm so happy to hear that you're planning this trip. I really do hate the cold, and can't take too much humidity either. We did have a milder summer than normal though, so that helped somewhat.

I don't know a lot about Sweden; for example I did not know that the court of European Justice met there. I can relate, though, to how you feel about your country and people who don't care about its worth and beauty. We have that here in abundance not only from non-Americans, but from our own as well, and it can be heartbreaking.

Anyway…

You did not go off on a tangent. You made me want to visit your beautiful country even more than I did before. And, truthfully it’s somewhere I have always wanted to go. The pictures of the landscape and everything are always so breathtaking.

I can also relate to your feelings of disgust and frustration at the desecration of your land. We are America the beautiful in so many places, but immigrants and natives alike have taken it upon themselves to destroy much of our beauty and it’s very sad to see.

I got soo much done on the land today .. 4 hours worth..including getting the work shed cleaned up and stored full now AND the insulated storage room ready for plants that must come in for the winter.. it did my soul good and the gardens all too... and that I owe to YOU, this discussion sent me to work!!
