STOP Fiddle Farting Around? This Is Serious!  

Since heart disease runs rampant in his family I will embrace his "malodorous" self with gusto, knowing that I may have him longer because his farts are stronger! Beans, brocolli and cabbage tonight!

Non-Texan chili tonight with beans. Heavens the menfolk are going to be a sweet smelling bunch!

Uhhmmm chili...we had that last week.................

I need cornbread making lessons. Just told Bo. Made with a packet, tasted like sponge cake! Is it supposed to? XX

Good lord man, that's yankee cornbread! Should I send you a recipe? Oh and I understand that y'all have a hard time getting cornMEAL. You can't use corn flour, it won't be the same thing.

Perfect Cornbread
1 cup cornMEAL
1 cup flour
1 teaspoon salt
1 Tablespoon honey or sugar
2 teaspoons baking powder
1 cup milk
2 eggs, beaten
1/4 cup oil or melted butter

Mix it all together and bake at 400 degrees Farenheit for about 25 min. Serve with red bean, brown beans, chili...whatever strikes yir fancy. It will be a dense looking bread, but suprisedly light in texture. Should be moist not dry. It's real good with butter and maple syrup on it for a dessert too.

Good Luck, my friend in Scotland couldn't find it. LOL! Oh and you can take that recipe and add:
Mexican Cornbread
1 can of sweet corn kernals
1 can green chilis
1 cup sharp cheddar cheese
2 chopped tomatoes, drained

oh drain the corn too!

You can get it here in our bigger supermarkets or from specialist store apparently. I found it on a couple of store websites. Thanks for the additional recipe too. Looks scrummy.

You got a meat freak in the famiy and you can add some minced beef to that and have a complete meal. LOL! I know, I live with a meat freak!

As noted above, beans, brocolli and cabbbage might do the trick. Might season with garlic as well! Good luck, my friend. Buy our Ladybug a doggie gas mask, or just feed her what you're eating and she won't know who did the deed!

The gas, not the release of pressure from farting, is what lowers the blood pressure.

So unless you want to sniff your own farts, it really doesn't help.

They call it it healthy living. I remember travelling in a bus and one was let off my dear the driver have to stop and left off everyone. And maybe you could bottle it and sell it for those little camping lanterns, serving the purpose of fuel and fending off dangerous wild animals who would skirt the camp because of the stench....although....vultures might be a problem.
