What will you do when your Internet is down?  |

 What will you do when your internet is down? I have very little patience. I restart my computer, do some power cycling on the router and if it does not help then I call my Internet Service Provider and I blast at them. I know that they are poor guys who cannot help us but what to do? So what about you guys?

2.  Jerrymouse (616) | 1 year ago |  I would normally do other stuff while I wait for the page to load. I normally play games or watch television while I wait. If I am urgently needing it, I tend to restart my computer and reset the router repeatedly to see if it works. I know it is not very useful but there is nothing else that I know that can help.

| 4. rahoet (28) | 1 year ago |  Well because I'm using a LAN connection so if my internet connection is down then the first thing I do is check the lokal network by checking the connection to my router or my modem. If my connection is bad (ping check) then I will restart my AP (Access Point)or the modem. If my connection still bad then I will call my ISP.
If there is no connection at all with the net but the lokal connection is okay then the problem definitely came from the ISP, and if it happens, I just call them.

i just listen to songs and wait for the internet to come.I wait for 1 hour.If it doesn't come than i call to the internet guys and ask them what is the wrong? Depending upon the answer i will slowly concentrate my things on some thing else.
Sometimes i go for a movie too......

Since i changed my internet provider i have had no bad moments of the internet not working, but i will answer this question as i don't always feel like staying online. I think i will either use the computer for a game or a movie, or just set it on music and read (if i am alone) and if my girl is here, apart from movies and games together... there are always various actions that we can do that don't need a computer.

I get mad!!!!
I take out my modem and throw it, hammer it, crush it, and what not!!!
Finally i kiss it and i say "Good boy, i'm sorry for that"....
I plug it up, and voila it worked!!!!
hahaha..
I love and even hate doing this!
