Are Candies Shoes Now Only Available at Kohl's?

I went to Kohl's recently and found a cute pair of Candies boots, the HollyHoc boot for those of you who know your boots. They were so cute, but at the store they only had sizes below an 8. I went online and they only had a 9. But when I went to another store, the tag said they should go up to a 10, so I had hope. But when I went to Google to find another store that sold such shoes, every link took me to Kohl's! Could it be that now only Kohl's sells Candies shoes? I know in the past there were other stores to buy Candies at, since Kohl's is a fairly recent store to this area and I knew about Candies brand shoes before Kohl's came to town.
