Sometimes the only thing to do is to make it yourself I think Kerri. I've never had that pudding, but it sounds very interesting.

hello thebo, yes I enjoyed eating it when I was a child. Even now I would give anything to have a slice, so are you a baker maybe you can bake one and send it our dearest friend P1ke. P1kef1sh you are so right if you are really interesting in getting the recipe I can give it to you. Cornmeal pudding is really enjoyable. The thing with the potato pudding it has to be sweet potatoes. I can also give you that recipe as well. Just say the word my dear.

You should try one RJ. Delicious. Hmmm. I've done a little hunting for Ocelandic Brand products in Forida. With no success I am afraid. Until recently they owned a factory in Tampa, and as a Va company I would have thought that they would push their products your way as well as every other way. I'm sorry not to be more helpful.

It's simply grilled or fried bacon in a sandwich Steph. Over here it's a comfort food and delicious.
