Work and Play!!!!!!!!!!!!  | |  The prverb"work while your work,play while you play"is applicable to every person of any profession.A proper and nomal daily life signifies order,progress and cheerfulness.In short,the proverb should be strictly observed by anyone who wishes to make one's life pleasant,efficient and successful.
When we do something,we should not think or worry about anything else.When our mind is concerntrated on one particular thing,it will surely yield good results.Through constant repetition of a daily program,we can go on with our regualr work without any difficulties.
Morever,one can not work all day long.Play is as necessary to everybody as work.Play can make one fresh and cheerful so that one may not be sick of his work.In conclusion,I should say that the proverb is a good motto for everybody.

We need to be motivated, de-stressed. Play helps us to do that. It really eases our mind. We all know that. The problem is that we dont get time for that.
