Well every girl is unique and i can't really tell you for sure if she likes you, but i would be inclined to saying yes if you were the only one that had her on his lap at that party. I think you should ask her out or something, and stop asking her if she likes you for a little while to see how things progress.

She's maybe in a 'confusing' stage still. The type that won't give a definite response cause she's still not sure if saying 'yes' would be the right thing to do. I'm totally sure that she likes you, she just need a little time to think things over and come up with a definite answer. Action speaks louder than words, if she's doing things in a way that would let you conclude that she likes you too then rest assured you're right. Hmmm...if I see her, I can tell you, what she want with you or what she want not.
So, if she is the center of the party - I mean, she chatting with all of the boys, etc - she's just playing with you. But if she is a bit shy, very kind, and so on, than you have a very good chance to go out with her soon. It is a very good thing to organise common programmes with the girl. Most probably yes. Remember what the English say, 'When a lady says no, she means maybe; when a lady says maybe, she means yes; when a lady says yes, she is no lady'. In Islam Prophet Muhammad said when a woman keeps quiet it means she agrees.

From my experience and the experiences of my friends/colleagues/acquaintances the above hold true. Take things easy and do not rush her. There are other general signs which you should look out for. There are differences based on society, culture and religious backgrounds. In one case one girl had to confess she was in love with me after I presented to her the things that she had done. (She was murdered by another man)

Well, don't ask it as a question. Words are only words. Let her body language express it to you. What I would do in your situation, is take her out on a date. See if she says yes. However, don't call it a date when you ask her.
And in fact, before you even do that, make sure you get her phone number. And when you do, call her, and ask her if she wants to "hang out sometime". If she says yes, then take her someplace nice. Take her perhaps to a nice restaurant, a walk by the ocean, somewhere sweet and romantic.
