First day to meet her vet...  

Georgia probably peed more out of fright than actual pain, since it was all new new experience for her, and most probably because she is used to only you handling her. Happy to know Georgia and Toni are doing okay. Keep posting, keep me posted about Georgia and Toni

My Taj has been to the vet once or twice a week since early Sept.

He's gotten growly and hissy at the vet. He also peed once he was so upset.

I used to take Ping and Pong to the vet together because they kept each other calm, but I don't think it would work so well anymore, Ping has become crankier as he's become an adult.

I took Taj in the house to explain why I was going to the vet and then he went right to the vet.

Oliver came home overnight and then went to the vet the next day.

Fact is, that these days my cats go to the vet either on the way home or the next day.

I am so glad to hear that Georgia made it to the veterinarian, theresa. This is fantastic news. It also sounds like she had a good visit.

My pets generally act about the same way. They are frightened at first, but for they do okay. I think that the draw comfort from my presence.

Hey hornetlover! I'm so glad that you took Georgia to the
vet! You didn't finish telling what the vet said! What is
wrong with her? And is Toni alright? She peed because she
was scared. All animals are scared of the vet! The all
cry when they get shots, at least most of them to! I used
to look the other way if I could. My vet sometimes made
me hold them if they didn't have an assistant in the room.
I hated to do that. I wast too upset that they were going
to hurt my baby! My cougar once bit the vet! It was just
because he was so scared! I used to have to chase him
around the house when he saw that carrier he knew where
he was going and it would take me hours to get him! He
would hide under the bed where I just couldn't get him.
So I would have to catch him and trick him hours before
it was time to go and he would always pee in the carrier.
So every time we got to the vet they had to clean him up
and the carrier because they were full of pee!

Oh my eldest Carey is so behaved when he's at the vet. He can take shots with ease. Whatever the vet does to him he never growls. He's just so behaved. One time, he needs to have a dextrose, though he is sick he still looks so sweet cause he just gave his hand to the vet and let him administer the dextrose.

My youngest Gello well, he is a bit stubborn when at the clinic. He don't like shots and he gets mad at the vet but still I can make him obey my commands to behave. I think Gello hates vets. But I notice that he likes coming to the clinic if its for a stud service hehe. Funny how are pets can be sometimes.
