In our stomach one of the chemical that help digest the food or it helps kill the bacteria that we have eaten is the HYDROCHLORIC ACID which is 100%, then if we will have empty stomach will destroy the lining of the stomach which lead to ulcers.

And Cupid ji, I agree that people are eating more on their fast. One of my neighbour, she gained weight after the Navaratra fast, you know how, by eating large amount of potatoes with curd.

| brenmk (10) | 1 year ago | Breakfast is so important to get the metabolism going in the morning. It doesn't have to take time to fix breakfast. Just keep some fruit in the house and grab in on the run. I also make lots of homemade vegtable soup and heat that for my breakfast. It's much healthier than rolls, muffins and most cold cereal. If you need to lose weight drink some yerba mate tea each day.

Time is the main reason for unable to have my breakfast.i recently said about this to my wonderful sweet relation, who is so special to me. she became much angry and told me not do continue this again. i promised that very soon, i will change this habit of skipping off my breakfast!
