 when i feel down, be it from a bad day in school or from a failed relationship, i usually drive my motorcycle and think about the things that went wrong... other times i listen to music and try to freshen up my mind and my mood will become better...

1.  rainmark (3698) | 1 year ago |  HI there Philip23 in my case, when i am feeling down, i always going out for shopping or window shopping and watching movies then at home im going to listen the music too. And also i asked an advice from my family specially to my granny on what to do on my problem, Then i say a little prayer to the Lord to help me coping with it. Cheers. Keep myloting.

2.  diillu (4362) | 1 year ago |  Whenver I have the bad days, I stay alone and listen the music to the full volume. This helps me alot to take out my anger and apart from that I also like writing everything down on my diary. And also I like to interact in the mylot. This way I get to know other people are having the bad times as much as myself which helps me alot to cope wit the bad times that I'm going through.
