dO yOU Arrive in the Usual Check-in Time?EARLY?LATE

Hi ther zhaychel. Me I do check-in early and if my room is not available yet it is okey for me. Sometimes if its not peek season I do have my room right away. Of course it will take time to clean the rooms especially if its peek season. Other hotels have there welcome drinks upon check in. so if your room is not available yet people can go to the bars or coffee shop to wait for their rooms. That will be very convenient for the customers and as well to the Hotel Staff. Happy day to you.

I usually arrive at the airport about one hour before I check in time. When I took my older son to Italy the transport to the airport was awful, a late running underground train and then a slow train to Stansted Airport. We arrived just at the last minute and there wasn't any time to exchange currency. I had to change money with another traveler because Sardinia's airport didn't have an exchange desk open. So I tend to arrive much before check in time so if there is a delay on transport to the airport I won't be late. I would feel upset if I checked in late. It pays to be ready to go to the check in desk as soon as it opens. Sometimes a long queue forms and it is tiring to wait in it for ages. I like to get a window seat and so checking in as early as possible helps with that request.

I will usually check in late^_^ Because only in thta way, i will be sure of getting my room when i reach the hotel^_^ and i need not waste my time waiting when i already made a reservation.. lol=D

ANd also, luckily for me, i dun stay in those high class hotels, or mid range type.. I will opt for those cheap and good hotels, and thus getting my room is never a problem for me at all^_^ hehe

So you are a receptionist in the Hotel then that is one of the good work here in Kuwait and that is also one of the past work of my wife before her time in the Hotel, I always come on time if I am the one book with my schedule except if it is for my flight schedule that drove me late in checking in the room.....

That's really a tiresome task. I mean, dealing with these clients. Anyways, I have learned for a fact that hotels are very stern with the checking-in time, and that regardless of what time you come as long as it is indicated in the terms of reference the arrangement between the hotel and the client.

I do check late, and if we are early, we would just leave our stuff in the lobby, and if we can bargain with the hotel for checking in early, that's a plus to us.
