Veterans Day  

And I'm proud to be a brother to you my friend. Let bygones be bygones and do as I did ... it took me years but I forgave the Nation that received us that way. We were faithful and I'll stand by you and with you. May God forbid that any more of our troops should ever see such a disgraceful behavior Let's you and me keep that from ever happening again and may God Bless us. You don't have to die to be a hero. I'm sorry that I missed this discussion last week but any way better late than never. Thank you Robert Nicholas for serving your country when it wasn't the popular thing to do. I'm sorry that all you got for that service was spit in the face and called baby killer. All of us of that generation owe all of you an appoligy and here is mine. I appoligize for the way you and your fellow service men and women were treated. i am ashamed of my generation for treating you this way. I am sorry.
