Oh I believe that across the board, but first you have to get close to the person and so, there must be something that attracts you to that person, which is what I'm asking about.
But you're absolutely right. I went through a period when I was extremely busy and wasn't even interested in new social activities and after I refused an invitation, a lady friend put her hand on my chest and said to my face: "All work and no play makes (my name) a dull boy" I guess I realized then what I had been doing. But first she put her hand in my chest... I think there was something behind that act.

I get what you mean. I am more attracted to men with a nicely trimmed moustache and wearing shirt half way buttoned up with his hairy chest in full view. That is the instant attraction that will draw my attention to him. Besides I like man who can sing and that is how I met my husband. He really has a fantastic voice like Tom Jones.

AHA! The hairy-chest type! That is so interesting! And yet you see so many guys shaving or waxing their bodies for modeling and stuff. The half-way unbottoned shirt is another interesting style that I used to do. There's a sense of freedom or something about that.
So your husband sings like Tom Jones. I miss that guy! He had some really good songs, both fast and slow. Does your husband still sing? That's a beautiful talent.

Ooops, sorry, I meant to mention the mustache too. I find it fascinating how they fit some guys and not others, like me. Mine is uneven and very wiry and I feel I'm going to scratch somebody when we kiss. A couple of my friends have had mustaches I would have, but mostly I don't like them, that is I wouldn't have their mustache myself. Once I grew a mustache and little beard and somebody said I looked like the devil. That was the end of that!

Oh yes, he still sings. Since we operate a keroke lounge/pub, customers come partly to hear him sing.

You remind me of the time I was walking into a Publix and out was coming this really buxom lady with bags in her arms, when we met I looked and asked "May I help you with THOSE?" I think she knew what I was looking at was not the bags! I guess that wouldn't work for you would it? Just kidding, she thought it was funny too, and quite flirtatiously smiled at me and said "No thanks." Some times it's hard to resist you know. Everything else you say is understandable, but there's always something that catches the eye, doesn't it. I find that a lady can be dressed very discreetly and still impress sensuality and intrigue.

OH! I thought this was JUST about physical features!

Of course, the physical appearance is what attracts people initially. Right after that, I notice their demeanor: how they stand, walk, their facial expressions, etc. I always look at eyes! They say so much!!! I've actually fallen right into a pair of eyes before! Well, twice, actually. My obstetrician's eyes were like deer eyes! When I was in labor, huffing and puffing and trying to spit out my first son, all I had to do was look into his eyes. They made me feel SO much better! LOL

After that would come their personality. Are they light-hearted? Humorous? Kind and thoughtful? That kind of thing.

Oh yeah! We could be getting kinky here! BTW, thanks for reminding me, yes, it was Ben Casey, not so easy to remember but this lady a thing for him too. I can understand about the hair, though, even I have a fault there, something like pre-judging character by a guy's hair grooming. A fine one I am to do that!

BTW, whatshisface from Dr Kildare did a couple of mini series that went over real big, "The Thornbirds" and "Samurai", which was hard to beat. Wonder whatever happened to those guys...

I saw those mini series! I would LOVE to see them again! I have no idea what happened to those guys, though. I've seen "Dr. Zorba" in a few other things a long time ago. "Ben, Ben!" I can still hear him saying that! LOL

Ah, memories! Now, if they'd only bring back the original Star Trek, I'd be in heaven!
