I know but I just wanted a guide on what monsters to fight, where to train and such...

i think this way is slightly better than your methods(no offence)

1)kill moss giants if there are no competetors they are aggressive against you and you can sit back while they get pwned by you. they are found near candor's mining place and underground varrok but underground varrok is not recommended because its multicombat hence people might steal your kills. moss giants are level 42

2)ok flesh crawlers are pretty good i agree with u luvandpower their max hit is only 1 and they barely hit you(almost never if you have 65 def and full rune like me) found 2nd level strong hold security. flesh crawlers come in a few levels too but i am not really sure about what they are because i perfer to kill things that are more hp.

3)try killing cockroach soldiers(level 83) or cockroach workers(level 56) with a rune warhammer the crush attack from the rune warhammer will 100% pwn the roach soldiers and roach workers. found in stronghold of player safety

4)white knights they dont have too high of a def but give better drops than black knights. also, they use 2h swords making them attack slowly but you pwning them with a scimmy or another 1 handed weapon fastly. they are found in white knight's castle in falador. white knights come in 4 levels. 36, 38, 39, 42(i think)

5)ankos. ankos drop good stuff(including law runes) and they drop bones which make leveling up prayer easy. but the downside you need food for these. if you have 20 fishing go flyfish at barberian village. ankos are found 4th level stronghold security. note:ankos come in 2 or 3 different levels. i know only 2 but i am 90% sure there are 3 different levels. the ones i know are level 76 and 83.

6)this is the best f2p expierence per hour but also the most expensive. giant spiders(level 50). they have 50 hp giving you 200 xp per kill. not only that but also, they have one of the lower defence levels for it's level!!!!!! but the downsides. they infect huge damage to you usually 6-8 pretty often but evey once in a while they hit double digets that's where the food expenses come in. if you want really fast training you need to buy tuna or better because salmon and trout will not last you too long.

your right, but he said as a nonmember. i dont think jagex is going to make seers village/relleka nonmember anytime soon:P that would be like half of runescape map...even though i would love catherby being nonmember.
