A helpful tip (hopefully)  | | Hello folks. I thought I'd post a tip my partner received to help with weight loss. It's not some crazy "lose forty pounds in twelve minutes!" thing, but just an extra help if you're eating a healthy diet and doing exercise and so on.
The tip is: do not eat a main meal in the evening.
Eat normally, eat well during the day. By avoiding a heavy meal late in the day (yes, you should eat -something- in the evening, silly!), you avoid having a large numebr of calories being produced while you're sleeping and not burning many. As I said, not a miracle diet in and of itself; just another thought to add to your healthier lifestyle!

Kind of difficult to do though when I "eat" lunch at work and it usually consists of a slimfast shake, not to be diety, but because I don't have time to eat a real lunch. I usually have meat and a go-with for dinner around 6pm. Breakfast is usually a cup of coffee or tea during my morning medication pass. Consequently, most of my calories are consumed after 4pm when I get home.
