Right- if you havent heard it already,lets clear up any confusion-there arent any power-ups, health-packs or upgrades in FULL SPECTRUM WARRIOR. You dont even realky get to aim your guns, although you occasionally get to loc on with the M3 grenade launcher or a frag. Thats because FULL SPECTRUM,party funded by the US army as a training tool for video game-obsessed grunts, isn't really a squad-based shooter- its puzzle game and its great. . .

Ultimate warrior

Basically, the aim of the game is to slot your men around bits of scenery that shield them from harm- like corners, disused cars dead cows and so on. Once two or three of them are safe, they can scamper to the next bit of scenery, while the rest provide suppressing fire to keep enemies heads down.

Eventually, youll get to a point where you can catch akbar in a crossfire at no risk to yourself- and then its on to the next bit. Sounds easy, bu maze like levels and fiendish enemy AI ensure your team ll go down in a gush of claret at least a couple of times each level. If it all gets a bit too much, you can always pop smoke or use a grenade,but theyre in short supply- youre better of hitting the GO prone. . . Command and relying on your teams Ai to keep them out of trouble...

Excellet on the Xbox and PC Full Spectrum's almost exactly the same game-except slightly murkier-on PS2. Except that with an extra three levels ( one that was downloadable on xbox, one from the PC version and one PS2-Exclusive) its even longer. Think you can hact it in this mans army? Hehe
