I am in so much pain!

eh i dont do doctors i wouldn even go when i fell out back.Besides my daughter was due in from school when i posted earlier.
Still sore but i went to sleep for a bit.

two double shots of vodka and a half dose of theraflu. That will put you right out. Drink 3 glasses of water before it puts you out if you buy the cheap vodka. Also you may need another chair or pillow.

It is cold & damp here heather,the back pain is gone,its still sore on my arm,especailly further down towars my hand,kinda achey,pins n needles but not quiet as bad.Oh i dunno,i got a wee sleep anyway.

a hot shower or bath sometimes helps tremedously
try that and if it doesnt help then call a doctor

it started in your back and it came on after you woke up
perhaps you did sleep wrong
perhaps you either pinched a nerve or slept in a postion that constricted blood flow somehow
now you body is either trying work out the kink in the nerve or is trying to reopen the circulatory system
my hubby has psiatic problems and gets similar symptoms in his lower body
so if a pinched nerve can cause that in the lower half then perhaps it (or another nerve) could cause it in the upper body
either way you should try to take it easy and go see a doc if its not any better in 24 hours

Its no worse violet,nor any better,The iburofen eases the pain for a bit.

Back pain is gone carmel.The pain down my arm is hard to explain,sort of pulled muscle type pain,but my fingers are swollen & blotchy/crooked.
I went for a sleep.I promise to go to docs if no better by morning.

That's good, because if it isn't better or even worse in the morning, then you definitely need a doctor to look at it..I pray it isn't anything serious, even if you aren't a believer... (One of you ten things on your profile I read while trying to leave you a comment..lol)

No i did not try ice Ruth,i went to sleep but i will go try right now.
yes i thought it was the way i had slept,but its now 7.30pm & its still sore.
I will go to docs in morning if no better. The pain is more achy,tingly & every now & then its like really sore,makes me go ah ya,thanks
