Recently, a lipstick brand called 'Red Earth"decreased their prices from $67 to 9.90$
It contains lead.
Lead is a chemoical which causes cancer & the lipstick brand which causes cancer are:
CHRISTIAN DOR
LANCOME
CLINIQUE
Y.S.L
SHISEIDO
RED EARTH
CHANNEL(LIP GLOSS)
MARKET AMERICA-MOTNESS LIPSTICK
AND MANY MORE....
The higher the lead content, the greater the chances of causing cancer.
After doing a test on lipstick, it was found that Y.S.L lipstick contains the most amt of lead.
Watch out for those lipstick, which are supposed to stay longer.
If ur Lipstick stays longer, it is because of higher content of Lead.
Here is the test you can do urself:1. Put some lipstick on ur hand
2. Use Gold ring to scratch on the Lipstick
3. If the lipsick colour changes to Black,Then U know the lipstick contains lead.

it has been circulating on the internet since about 2003.

check these sort of stories out on Snopes, they are usually not true. this one seems to be having a resurgence at the moment, I've had it in emails twice in the past few weeks.
it is not true.
please, people check the facts before fearmongering.
