spider web marketing

My girlfriend went much deeper into it than I did and concluded it was a waste of time. Apparently, from what I remember, you sign up to all these different programmes such as google adsense and you spend your time promoting. Only, you can do that yourself anyway. The problem with most of these schemes is that in order to make an income you need others to sign up. Now if you introduce 100 people and only one of them pays for a service, well spiderweb will not care that you only earn a small commission because at the end of the day they have hundreds of people trying to earn some money and in effect spiderweb are earning each time, and more than you. It's possibly there own hosting co that you have to sign up to or one they are affilliated with. So they make from everyone who signs up.
If I were you I would google it, I did once see some bloke saying he had made 75 dollars, but then again I'd be wary becuase at the end of the day he wants you to believe it is so good just so that he can get his income.
I keep away from schemes personally.
