I found the perfect houses for our vacations next year!!!  |

 I have been looking for a few (six or so) months now for a couple houses to rent for our family reunion next summer. We could get the same ones we've had before, but everyone's always crying that it's too expensive, it's too far away, blah blah blah... Well, I found a couple today that are just AWESOME!!! But I think they're WAY out of our price range...
Normally, there are about 30-50 people that go on this "vacation". Most of us go for the entire week (abouit 30 of us) and the others just join us for a weekend or a few nights during the week. We like to rent 2 beach-area houses that sleep about 16-18 each. But, as everyone has been feeling the money crunch, I'm trying to find someplace a bit cheaper than what we've done in the past, but still get some bang for our buck.
I've e-mailed my family to see if these places are "acceptable" and the one I was most worried about has given me the big thumbs-up! I'm just waiting to hear back from the rest of my family and the realtor. I'm hoping that they'll make a deal with us and we can get in because I really like the houses I just found!

We know it's a great deal and we all love getting together. And yeah, we gripe about it but it's so worth it! I get all excited just thinking about it!!! | |
