if u are in computer job, for every half an hour,u close u;r eyes for 1,2 minutes and do u;r work .or for every one hour,u getup from computer chair and go a walk for 2,3 minutes. then there will be no health problems for u for head aches,and back pains .
avoid foods like white flour products,sugar,tinned or preserved foods,rich cakes,pastries, sweets,refined cereals,greasy foods, pickles,sauces,and condiments .
adopt well balanced diet like seeds and nuts, grains, vegetables, and fruits. include milk,yougurt,buttermilk,vegetable oils, and honey .
u have to drink more and more water when u work with computer. then there will be no hydration for u,when u are before computer also for more time. eat frequent small meals than big meals.
exercise regularly in mornings or evenings regularly and have a walk in fresh air regularly. this should be compulsory for u then there will be no back pains and head aches for u.
