I can't verify my identity when I try to sell an item on ebay?  | |  I can list my listing but when I'm already verifying my identity it says that I entered the wrong identification code they sent but I am 100% sure that it is right. And when it is really right it still came back to the same page, the options for verifying my identity. There is an option of verifying my identity, through text and credit card. I prefer through text because it is much safer. Do I still need to verify it with a credit card? Why did they have to place two options if the other one is not valid? Help pls..
