Best way to keep LOTS of money (from rotting) instead of bank accounts??

Let's assume hypothetically you had anywhere between $20,000-$1 million or above in your net worth possession and you want to withdraw that money from your bank in fear of this financial crisis we're in, so that it doesn't evaporate... let's say you already have a place to keep it that is not a bank, let's say there's a secret place in your house... HOW would you keep all those dollar bills from rotting over time? Would it be safe to just wrap each bill individually in a small ziplock bag (as pain-staking as that sounds)? It sure wouldn't make sense to keep it all together directly in contact with each other cuz they will all end up sticking to together as they rot over time.

I would exchange each and every dollar to dollar coins and store them together. It would be much heavier, yes, but much more compact and much sturdier over time.
