Throat Vibrato Tips Anyone?

I'm currently trying to learn throat vibrato on the harmonica and I'm wondering if anyone has any tips for me. It seems that most people who can do this can do it themselves but cannot describe how they do it. I'm not sure why that is but maybe when I finally get the hang of it I won't be able to describe how I do it either. But I'm hoping someone can describe it and give me some tips!
