What do you feel about people talking loudly in their mobile phones in public?

well its irritating at times....
n nowadays most people are developing this as a habbit..
they talk loudly even when it is not required...
it is goin to be a very noisy worlddd...

I feel some what irritating that type of people who are talking loudly in their mobile phones at public places. When I am in traffic I don't want to talk with others. I just keep phone in to silent mode. It is the waste of money and time to talk in public places. Because here is so much traffic in our city if we want to talk in phone with others it is not clear to others and we also. So, I feel it is unnecessary to talk in public places. Other thing I feel some what discomfort to talk in public places with my loved ones. Happy to share your views. Happy myLotting.

Well sometime i like it to heard but other times nope, i dont like it to talk with my phone in public lol... have a nice day and a good week;)

it drives me crazy. i do not care about what you have to say that is so important it can not wait till you are somewhere private. i understand that sometimes it cant be helped. i was at work one day when a man walked up to the counter and when i asked if i could help him, he got ill and asked if i could tell he was on the phone. well he only had one of those stupid ear pieces and dont get rude with me because im doing my job...finish your call before you come in.
people have np respect for each other any more.

Oh good that you have this discussion because I am mortified when people would raise their voices up oblivious to the galore of people that can hear the entire conversation! I once rode a bus going to the city and there's this girl who practically made the drive turn off the radio in the impression that she could not hear the other party because of it. And to make it worse, with the radio off and all, her voice even rose higher that people started fidgeting awkwardly to, perhaps, give her the body language that the whole passengers already know how angry she was at her husband for not paying their bill on time!

I hate it, it annoys me no end, I just think they just showing off, I once told off a lad on the bus that none of us want to hear his conversation and he got rude so the bus driver threw him off the bus. I have a mobile phone but I have it switch off till I am off the bus and I don't use my phone that often, only for emergency.

i dont try to hear what they are sayying but sometimes you cant help but hear them i dont like when people do that if its too loud somewhere to where you have to yell into the phone tell the person youll call them back when you can hear them better its rude in my eyes to let evryone else within 100ft to hear what your saying but some ppl just dont care ....

This really bugs me. These people are either deaf or show-offs. I would not want people to overhear my conversations.

I hate it. Sometimes it is a comical hate, other times it is hate with a passion.

A few weeks ago, there was a young "lady" in one of our training classes who went out in the hall and started cussing at someone, threatening them, telling them to come down to our place of work so she could kill her. Not to mention the disruption, as we have two bays of cubicles, one down on each end of the hallway, but the threats were disturbing. We have a no violence policy at work - however, she didn't lose her job. I guess it is because she didn't threaten anyone at work.:p

I also do NOT appreciate cell phone use in public restrooms!!! Sorry, I like to pretend I have SOME privacy in there - I don't need your conversation intruding into that illusion.

And more than once I have walked past a person, they said something almost looking at me, and I stopped and excused myself to them for not catching what they said, only to be rudely waved away because they were actually talking on their bluetooth. One day someone WILL be talking to me, and I will think they aren't, and they they will say that I was the rude one.:p

I deff overhear. if they dont mind telling everyone around them about their life then i dont mind listening i have heard some interesting things. i do find it annoying in certain instances like small crowded places. what annoys me is thier attitude that they dont care if they are bothering anyone much like the attitude of alot of drivers
