Is Joc-joc Bolante lying in the fertilizer scam hearing in the senate  

i find him obviously lying or protecting something. if you observe how he react or talk, he seems to be hiding and all his words are scripted.

It's clear by the look in his eyes that he's hiding something, which is otherwise unlawful if only our lawmakers and enforcers are brave enough to actually do their jobs. Malacanang must have threatened Mr. Jocelyn. What a martyr! He has been imprisoned in the United States for a couple of years and still he chooses to protect that idiot in the office of the presidency.

From the moment when he left the country, that was already a big indication that the person is lying or hiding "BIG TRUTH" from the Filipino people.

Now, in the senate, the way he answers all the questions, it's a "playing safe" role. I just hope the senate can really dig more info about him, about the scam and about the other truths on "corruption in government"
