Is it good to rely always on our friends?

I need my friends,i can not live without my friends.but i will not always rely on them.i know sometomes when i get trouble,i may need their help,but i will do something that i can,not all depend on them.

I always believe in my capacity and I value my independence. It's okay for me to rely on my friends sometimes but if I have to rely on them always, how will I help myself grow? Sometimes, we must have to act on our own and do things the way we see it fit but it is a nice feeling that even if we screw up, we have friends whom we can lean and cry on.

If we know very much about a friend, we should rely on him and treat as your closest friend. When your friend always help you with the down, and when downs comes to him, you also should give your hands to him.
I want to emphasize that you can mostly rely on a friend unless you know him very much. And i never say that one can rely on a friend all the time. Because things change and advancing every time. Sometimes we do not know what will happen the next minute.

yes, it is good to have friends who we can rely on for any form of help and assistance when we needed them but you are right that we should not always run to them just becasue we know they are around to help cos and this create a habit of reliability on others rather than striving out on own or giving out our own 100% efforts to get things done. So we must try to solve whatever problems or challenges ourselves, exhaust all personal means before turning for help, in this way we would grow too cos we tried out best and failed to achieve or get things right and learn from own experiences

Having friends we can rely on is truly a blessing. We would not want to become to much of a burden to our friends though. Also we would want to be a friend that can be relied on by others as well. This kind of give and take is good for everyone's self esteem.

I am confident about myself and my capabilities. As long as I can do things without relying much on my friends, then so be it. I have always been trained by my parents to depend more on my capabilities than depend on others. If I need help, I wouldn't be that proud to ask help from other people. I know that my friends also have issues to deal with and I respect that.

not really..sometimes you have to get up on your own too..lets face it, friends will always be there to help you but sometimes they have their own issues too and you have to learn to face your own problems too.. so yeah i try not to rely on them too much..only in times when i really need them the most

Personally, I prefer to an independant person. I seldom rely on my friends for help.Entrusting a task to your friend signifies how much confidence you have in your friends and how well you know of your friend. Having said so, your friend will be evaluating your decision on delegation. If he had ask you to do something for him that you hated most, then it may affect your friendship.

Misunderstanding may occurred when your tone sounds more of a superior then a friend when asking for a favour. Do note that this may also affect your image as a friend.

I do not want to develop a habit of relying on my friends, instead I will seek their advice and opinion if they are in a better position to answer to my question.

well for me its not good to rely on our freinds always, but yes it is good to have REAL FRIENDS, not a weather friends, that come easy and go easily too. if we are able why we need to rely on them, they work why we cannot? right, and also in freindship it will always best when u give and take for each other. the freindship will last long.

friends! That is the best way to be very disappointed! The only
person in life that you can rely on is yourself! Never forget
that! I have relyed on friends and have been bitterly disappointed
more than once. You may think that your friends will always be
there for you, but when you really need them they are not always
there. I was in the hospital this summer and none of my friends
came to visit me. And I was there for 6 days and almost died!
They didn't come to see me because it was inconveinent! So I
didn't forget that! A lesson learned! So don't expect too much
from people because you will be let down, as I was!
