it says "pay pal varified" on their website, because they are varified, not because you need to be.
a before you correct me, i use an unvarified paypal account and have payed for my runescape account this way.

| qwepoi123098 (29) | 1 year ago |  There is a sending limit for unverified accounts (USD $100) so that could be a problem. in other words you can only make a total of $100 usd of purchases online before you have to add a credit card (or make another account I guess).

| | | 3. englishdude (72) | 1 year ago | This is a common mistake that people make, you can pay for Runescape Membership without having a verified account, just in a different section. When you get to the payment screen, don't choose the 'Paypal' option, instead 'PayByCash', and click on the Paypal Express, which is virtually the same as Paypal, except you do not need a verified credit card, however, it is slightly (not much, perhaps a dollar or there abouts) more expensive. If you need more help, I'm sure you can find some on the Runescape forums. | |
