Making Money Easy for you?

Do you find making money easy.. It was easy for me in the last organization I worked.. It was pretty tough though in my first organization. They didnt offer Overtime nor any additional incentives..
I know many people wont need incentives if they are paid pretty well in the first place... What's your take?

thats true..i dont want another incentive if my basic is too high..if i take it i must do it 2times to work..

I run my own business, teaching English. I'm in Japan, where teaching English is a fun way to make money and meet people. But of course at the moment even in Japan money is tight and the first thing that people tend to give up are hobbies but on the other side parents are always willing to pay for their kids to get extra lessons. I have noticed that when the ecomony is tight I get more kids to teach than adults!! At the moment I am not making money, I took a break to take care of my own kids but have to start soon. I would never work for a Japanese company as many of them don't pay overtime, I have one lady student who works until midnight at least 3 times a month but never gets overtime!!
