|  Yesterday I encountered road rage two different times. First of all, my lane was closing up ahead , so I signaled to get over to the right, I sped up just a bit, I was going 52 in a 50mph, then I got over into the next lane and then within seconds this guy sped up right on my tail, he seemed to be inches away from my bumper, I looked into my rearview and saw him shaking his fist and yelling with a dirty look on his face, but I just ignored it. Well, if he hadn't been holding his cellphone and doing 70mph, he wouldn't have had to slow down to the acutal SPEED LIMIT! What a jerk, I wish I could have dragged him out of his car and slapped him upside the face, but I can totally control my anger, unlike him. Another instance was I was in a double right turn lane, I had the inside lane and a red truck next to me had the outside lane, and he came into my lane, almost tagging the side of my SUV and puching me out of my lane, but I laid on the horn and slowed down a bit, he looked at me and FLIPPED ME OFF!!! I didn't even do anything to deserve that, if anything I should have flipped HIM off. What is wrong with some people? This makes me crazy, this is why I bought an everlast punching bag...LOL
I want to tell you about a more serious incident though, 5 years ago, me, my husband and my daughter, who was two at the time, were driving home from a family dinner. My husband drives very safe while he has us in the car (hopefully when we're not in the car too) and this guy in a small truck cut us off, my hubby slammed on the breaks and honked the horn, then the guy slowed down and got infront of us and was going about 30mph so we couldn't get away from him, then the road split up ahead and at the red light the guy ended up in the lane next to us, he then got out of his little truck with a black club in his hand and was walking toward my side of the car, I screamed for my husband to go but the light was still red and we couldn't go anywhere. He hit the side of our car with his club and jumped back into his truck, I called 911 and decribed his vehicle and liscense plates, I don't know if he ever got caught though, but I was so scared. Have you had any experiences with road rage lately?
