Do you indirectly seek approval from friends?  |

 The issue that I am speaking to speciffically is with regards to relationships but the floor is open to any instance in which you have sought either directly or indirectly approval form friends.After months of telling my friends about my new girlfriend and building up thier interest,I finally got a chance for my best friend to meet her.The day in question we just happened to be in the area and drove up unexpectedly at her gate and clled her out.After a little while (you know how women are,they have to spend time to dress themselves )she finally came out.You could see that she had really put effort into her appearance.She was wearing a nice short pant and a lovely blouse and freshly scrubbed face with make up and blush(I think its called ).I was instantly captivated and I watched her every move from the top of the long driveway to where we were only taking my eyes off her for brief periods to see my friend reaction,I could see that he was captivated too ( I almost knocked him over the head lol- thats my girl bro!!!!).I did the introductions and he replied cooly hello and soon we were on our way.He didnt say much after we left until I heard him say "nive,very nice",it was good to hear that.
Note I dont need approval from anyone for my relationships but you atleast hope that your friends and family can get on well with your girfriend.Do you indirectly seek approval too?.Is it the same with women?,I have heard that the best way to win a woman is to win her best friend? What level of approval do you seek if any? and what if none is given what then?.Do you seek approveal for anything?.

| suzzy3 (4024) | 1 year ago | My friends and I are very honest with each other and it has been proved through the years to be very useful.In my single days I would ask my friends what they thought of a boyfriend if they giggled and laughed that would mean he was ok,If they said he seems like a nice chap I knew I picked the wrong one,or they would say it is up to you if you like him,that was code for dump him he is a loser.So yes my friends have been very useful in that respect and they would be the ones who had to pick up the pieces when it all went wrong,so we cut out the bad bit between us. | |
