We do, do other decorations though. We used to live in pubs and they'd supply decorations. It was this giant box or two or things to hang up and ballons and all that.
It's usually around the 10th or so - just to get it out of the way and to get in the festive mood. Taking them down is about the same, I never really pay that much attention to that. I suppose it's kind of a downer
The one time we did have a tree it was artifical btw nice though

| | 3.  peavey (3832) | 1 year ago |  Yes, I have a fake Christmas tree. I always put it up the weekend after Thanksgiving in the US, and I take it down sometime in the week following New Year's Day. I always hate to take it down, but I and rearrange the living room and deep clean so things look fresh.
