Do you like this show? is it for kids?

well i personally do not like the show i am not that into it. although my fiance is in love with that show. i do think that it is a little to much for some kids though

I used to watch it, but now I don't anymore. I don't think that it should be 10+. A kid can watch it, there is no strong violence in it. Violence is everywhere for your kid to watch. He can learn violence from their parents arguing. You must instruct him not to copy what he sees on television. Pokémon is quite light, it has stories made to children specially. That's why I believe they should all watch. Sexual content? Couldn't see it when I watched. It is a pretty light anime.

I really liked the first season, and maybe the second, but after that really didn't enjoy it anymore. Now, in the diamond and pearl or whatever we're at...It seems they always have to focus on some lesson being learned. In every single episode. All the time.
In the older shows there was a life lesson or two every once in a while, but you didn't really notice it, or get annoyed by it. Also at this point, it seems so repetitive. They have the same story, but they may add a new pokemon, or a new gym leader. It's all the same coflict as the older shows, but with new pokemon and new moves.
I loved the old pokemon, I don't care so much for it now.
