I usualy dont touch anyone elses game peice. Sometimes If I forget, I may accidently pick someone elses up. I try not too. I think I have done this in Monopoly a few times lol There is a trivia game that I have played with my daughter and she will tap your hand if you go to get hers lol

Oh thanks for that idea. LOL! I grew up with an extremely competitive brother. He'd become a slum lord on monopoly. So I got to the point where I just played to PLAY and not to win.

In Putt Putt golf, I will hit the othe players balls and laugh. In other games I don't even try and so they really get mad when my team wins. LOL! I'm the class clown of the game world. You probably wouldn't enjoy playing with me, if you're the least bit competitive. We play with another couple and the husband(P) is like me and the wife(D) is like my man. So, of course, you know what teams we end up on. P and I just cut up and lose our cards, miss our turns and end up winning. That really gets to my man and D. LOL! It's really fun!

Someone else moving my game piece for me; gasp? It would drive me bonkers. Thank goodness I don't have a person like that in my life.

I was quite the slum lord at monopoly myself when I was in high school. No one was surprised that I majorred in Finance at college.

YES!!! I forget which is mine. I usually choose the shoe.. but sometimes I will get confused and think mine is the hat. I think I just get confused and have a brain freeze or something.

I would only move a peice if they asked me to - for example, if they couldn't reach it. I know that I have moved peices, on request, and requested peices to be moved from time to time, mostly with trivial pursuit but also monopoly - before I quit playing it.

When I played games I often moved the pieces for those who didn't want to reach across the board. This helped when there were houses on the board (Monopoly). But, now if they don't want to make the effort to move their pieces themselves I believe they don't really want to play and end the game.

I do accidentally move someone else's piece from time to time
See I have certain pieces that I normally pick
but if someone gets to the table before me and picks that piece I am forced to use another
halfway through the game I forget that i am not my normal piece and try to move it anyway

I have done this on occasion with my children, back when they counted, 1, 2, 5, 4, 3, 4, 7, 3, 6.

Many years ago, playing a board game with my sister, I hid her playing piece when she wasnt paying attention. We were playing aggravation.

We only touch other game players piece if they are near us,or they have gone to the loo.Otherwise keep off!

It's been so long since I have played a board game with anyone, but no, I don't think I'm the type to do this. I try not to do things that would annoy me if people did them to me (I am not always successful at this), and I know that would annoy me.

I can't really recall anyone doing it to me, either. I'll pay attention next time I play a board game.
