No, I don't...I don't write stories...wow, I don't even THINK about writing stories...many writers here on myLot though...I'm sure you'll get some responses to this one

yeah i'm considering it. I'm thinking about a magical snowman that comes to life and whisks a boy away but melts in the end:(.

Wait that's been done. pity, as it was a good idea too

I probably won't but I want to write a book at some point. They say theirs a book/song in everyone. I don't know if I want to write a christmas one though.

Maybe when I have kids, that would be quite a nice thing to share with young kids - kinda like horror stories at halloween

Here's the thing, Jakker... If you always think "That's been done," you'll never get anything on paper. Supposedly, there are only 7 truly original plots; the mark of a good writer is what you can do with the idea, even if it has been done before.

Once upon a time.... I found a story....er legend, I guess, about Santa Claus being a demon. My writing tends toward the horrorific so I have long since wanted to recreate that legend for modern times. I know, probably not the kind of "good" Christmas story you were looking for but it's mine. happy
