a new zit coming up!!!  | |  these days the thing i dread the most is my daughter getting up in the morning and upon seeing her face (she does that first thing now a days )she frowns,screws up her face and starts wailing....another coming up,mom!!!
i feel so bad for her.i mean she is an adolescent...recently she started caring for her appearance and now these acne....they are there..on her face making her feel so low all the time .
she has been doing so many things to u know prevent them from showing up like she refrains from eating junk,chocolates etc.
BUT they still show up!!!the angry,red, swollen,painful....pimples.they still manage to come up .and they leave marks too.
what do i do????how do i help her not feel bad???

tell her to drink plenty of WATER and if possible ask her to join GYM it will sure help.
u really cant do much abt it .

It's very hard being a teenager or pre-teen these days. Make sure she's not drinking a lot of soda pop either. That never helps with stuff like this. She keep telling her you love her and she's beautiful anyway.
