If the mixture is to be baked in a microwave oven, use a baking pan that's suitable for microwaving, line it first with paper towel, then pour the cake mixture into it. Bake for about ten minutes at medium/high temperature. Enjoy!

| | 4. mommyboo (3277) | 1 year ago | I have a recipe for you that anybody could make. You need a microwave safe cake pan though, so either glass or stoneware. Spray the pan with Pam (or nonstick spray) and mix up any variety of boxed cake mix you prefer. If you want to make the cake from scratch, you could do that as well but I haven't tested that. Pour the batter into the pan, then scoop frosting in even spoonfuls around the top. Cook for about 11 min in the microwave (low powered microwaves might need an extra minute or two). Let stand for a few minutes, then remove and invert (turn over) onto a large platter. The cake should come out easily and be covered in icing and very moist. It is excellent just baked, but if you want to save for later, store in the fridge. It falls apart less when served cold lol.
